How to Request Account Deletion

You can request the deletion of your CalisthenAI account and all associated data by following these steps:

Send an email to calisthenai.app@gmail.com from the email address associated with your CalisthenAI account.

Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"

Include your username in the email body to help us locate your account.

You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours acknowledging your request.

Your account and data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of the request.

Data That Will Be Deleted

Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our servers:

Workout history and training plans	Permanently deleted	Within 30 days

Strength test results	Permanently deleted	Within 30 days
Social feed posts and interactions	Anonymized or deleted	Within 30 days

Data Retention

Important: Backup copies of your data may persist in our backup systems for up to 90 days after deletion, after which they will be automatically overwritten. During this period, your data will not be accessible or used in any way.

What Happens After Deletion

You will no longer be able to log in to your account
All your workout history and progress will be lost permanently
Your username will become available for other users
This action cannot be undone
