Pull
Front lever raises are a dynamic drill where, from a hang, you lift the body into a front lever (or a progression) using leg motion and back pull. They develop dynamic front-lever strength.
In a static hold the goal is to stay. In raises the goal is to reach the front-lever position from a hang as controlled as possible, using minimal momentum.
From the hang, pull back and up while raising the legs forward. The body should pass briefly through a front lever before lowering. A full arc from hang to front lever and back.
Use raises as power work alongside static holds. A typical session: holds for time + raises for dynamic strength.
Tuck front lever hold of 10+ seconds.
