Core
V-ups are a complete ab exercise where the body forms a V at the top: arms reach forward trying to touch the elevated feet simultaneously, with only the glutes contacting the floor. They train upper and lower abs plus hip flexors in one dynamic movement.
Lie on your back, arms extended overhead and legs straight. Simultaneously raise the torso and legs to meet. Hands try to touch the feet. Body forms a V with only the glutes supported. Lower fully controlled so arms and legs nearly reach the floor at the same time. Repeat without bouncing.
Bending the knees to reach the feet. Try to keep the legs straight even if you cannot touch the feet at first.
Bent-knee V-ups → half V-up (legs only) → full V-ups → straight-leg feet touch.
